The Lok Sabha Committee on Subordinate Legislation in its report stated that the Committee expect the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to have a fresh look at the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and make such amendments as necessary to ensure that there is no ambiguity in any of the provisions of the said rules.
